Can I trust the store

Does Legit Community Store sell authentic items?

Yes. Legit Community Store sells authentic items only. The store was created by the Legit Community team, which has helped people tell originals from fakes since 2019. We buy from trusted suppliers in Europe and the USA, and Legit Community experts check every item again before it ships. More: Authenticity.

Who checks the items?

Items at Legit Community Store are checked by the experts of Legit Community, an authentication community running since 2019. We check clothing and footwear as well as bags, accessories and watches. More: Legit Community.

How does the check work?

Before shipping, every item is photographed and a Legit Community expert checks every detail from the photos: tags, stitching, materials, hardware, markings and packaging. Only then does the order go out. The limits of photo checks for each category are set out in the Legit Community standards. More: Authentication standards.

What happens if an item fails the check?

Legit Community Store does not ship an item that fails the check. We contact you and agree on a solution: a replacement item or a refund.

Do you provide an authenticity certificate?

Yes. With every purchase from Legit Community Store you receive an authenticity certificate from Legit Community. More: Authenticity.

What is Legit Community?

Where is the store? Is there a physical shop?

How do I know this is not a scam?

Legit Community Store trades through a registered FOP in Lviv, with phone +380 67 866 50 45 and open Telegram and Instagram contacts. For in-stock items a 400 UAH prepayment is enough and the rest is paid on delivery at Nova Poshta, after you see the parcel. More: Payment.

Where items come from

What is the difference between in stock and on order?

In-stock items are already at the Legit Community Store warehouse and arrive in 1–3 business days. Items on order are bought for you from a supplier in Europe or the USA: delivery takes 4–7 or 7–14 business days, up to 20 from the USA. Each product page shows its own term. More: Delivery.

Where do the items come from?

Legit Community Store buys from trusted suppliers in Europe and the USA. Legit Community experts check every item before it ships.

Can I order something that is not on the site?

Yes. Message Legit Community Store on Telegram @legit_community_store or Instagram with the brand, model and size. We will find it and quote the price and delivery time.

Why can prices be lower than in boutiques?

Legit Community Store works online, without a physical shop, and buys from suppliers in Europe and the USA. So the price carries no rent or boutique running costs.

Delivery and pickup

How long does delivery take?

Legit Community Store delivers in-stock items in 1–3 business days, items on order in 4–7 or 7–14 business days (shown on each product page), and orders from the USA in up to 20 business days. More: Delivery.

How much is delivery?

Delivery across Ukraine costs a flat 150 UAH per order, by Nova Poshta to a branch or by courier. International delivery is agreed individually and import duties may apply. More: Delivery.

Can I pick up my order myself?

Yes, pickup from Legit Community Store is available in Kyiv, Odesa and Lviv by prior arrangement. Message us on Telegram after placing your order. More: Contact.

Will my order arrive in time for a gift?

If the item is in stock, Legit Community Store delivers it in 1–3 business days. Message us and we will tell you what can arrive by your date. Gift certificates for any amount are also available. More: Gift certificate.

How do I track my order?

Legit Community Store sends your order status at every stage through its Telegram bot, from payment to delivery.

Payment

How can I pay?

Legit Community Store accepts bank transfer to the FOP account, cash on delivery, crypto (USDT), PayPal and EUR transfer to a European bank account. More: Payment.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes, for in-stock items: a 400 UAH prepayment, and the rest is paid on delivery at Nova Poshta. Items on order are paid in full upfront. More: Payment.

Why do items on order need full prepayment?

Because Legit Community Store buys that item specifically for your order from a supplier abroad.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return an item?

Yes. Legit Community Store accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn with tags and packaging intact. The customer pays return shipping, and refunds are made within 7 business days of receiving the return. Sale items and personalised orders cannot be returned. More: Returns.

Can I exchange the size?

Yes, you can exchange for another size or colour within 14 days, subject to availability, on the same terms as returns. More: Returns.

Is the prepayment refunded if I cancel?

If you refuse an item of proper quality, the prepayment is not refunded: it covers delivery both ways. More: Payment.

How do I choose a size?

Each product page at Legit Community Store lists the available sizes. If you are unsure, message us your measurements on Telegram and we will suggest a size.

Are there discounts for regular customers?
