DELIVERY TERMS

Items in stock are delivered within 1-7 business days, depending on the location of the item (Ukrainian or European warehouse).

Pre-order items are delivered within 5-14 business days, and in case of ordering items from the USA — within 21 business days. Delivery time depends on the country from which the order is made.

DELIVERY METHODS

Product delivery is carried out by postal service, including Nova Poshta company service, through courier delivery or delivery to the branch of the corresponding postal service.

DELIVERY COST

The delivery cost is paid by the Buyer separately according to the rates of the corresponding postal service.

The procedure for delivery and opening of the Product is determined by the postal communication rules established in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and the corresponding postal service.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

When ordering outside Ukraine (international delivery), the Seller contacts the Buyer and agrees on:
– The possibility of such delivery
– Delivery cost
– Delivery terms

Important: Products ordered outside Ukraine may be subject to import taxes, fees, VAT, and import restrictions in the destination country. The presence of the above is the personal responsibility of the Buyer. The Seller does not make calculations and does not compensate for such Buyer expenses.

ORDER TRACKING

Order tracking is available for all types of delivery, even if we deliver the order with our private carrier. Our Telegram bot will regularly inform you about the order status.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

When receiving the Product, the Buyer inspects for compliance with:
– Assortment
– Completeness
– Quality
– Presence of defects on the Product and packaging

In case of non-compliance, the Buyer can refuse the Product only by drawing up an appropriate act with representatives of the postal service.

PACKAGING

Each order is delivered in a branded box, complemented with tissue paper inside. Outside, under the bow, you will find an envelope with our loyalty card and certificates from partners.
