– Items with original packaging intact
– Products that don't fit or meet your expectations

– Sale items (final sale)
– Custom or personalized orders
– Items marked as non-returnable
– Products that have been worn, damaged, or altered
– Items without original tags or packaging

We'll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely and ship it to our return address:

RETURN SHIPPING

– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
– We recommend using a trackable shipping method
– Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return authorization

REFUND PROCESS

– Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return
– Refunds are issued to the original payment method
– Shipping costs are non-refundable
– Return shipping costs are not covered

EXCHANGES

– Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors (subject to availability)
– Exchanges follow the same return process
– No additional shipping charges for exchanges (customer covers return shipping)

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
– Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
– Take photos of the damage
– We'll provide a prepaid return label
– Full refund or replacement will be provided
